Two passport sized colored picture with white background(must be taken within the last six
months; please do not staple the photos on the form)
Original passport (must be valid at least 6 months from the end of the approved duration
stay; must contain at least 2 blank visa pages)

IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE:
Original employment certificate with leave of absence (must include applicant’s position, date
hired, salary, date of return to work)
Payslips from the last 6 months
Copy of PRC/IBP ID (if professional)

PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is 15 - 45 working days, and may be prolonged depending on the discretion of the embassy.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
