Valid national passport (With at least 3 months validity from the end of the approved duration stay and must contain at least two blank visa pages.)               Â

- Completed, signed twice by the applicant and, if applicable, authorization of a third person (write in block letters and use black or blue ink only).

PROCESSING TIME
Applications generally are submitted within 6 months to 15 days of the intended visit. (Article 9 Visa Code EC No. 810/2009) Applications shall be decided on within 15 working days (minimum) after the date of lodging.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
