REQUIREMENTS

• Your passport or travel document must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you leave the Schengen area.Â
• Your passport or travel document must have at least 2 empty visa pages.Â
• Your passport or travel document cannot have been issued more than 10 years ago.                                  Â

IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYEE:
Original & photocopy of original valid passport (at least 6 months valid)
Original and photocopy of old passport showing granted visa and any entry and exit stamps from previous travel.

PROCESSING TIME
As a rule, the processing time of an admissible Schengen visa application should not exceed 15 calendar days. If further checks are necessary, the processing time may increase to 45 calendar days.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
