REQUIREMENTS
Visa Application Form (Completely filled out and signed by the applicant.)
One (1) passport size photo with white background and not older than 6 months (Altered photos are not accepted. Paste your photo (do not staple) on the designated space of the Schengen Visa Application form.)
Original Passport (must be valid for at least three months after departure from Schengen. Valid Passport must have at least 2 unused pages.)
Photocopy of Original Passport (Bio page and used pages (with visas and stamps) IN COLOR.)
Photocopy of roundtrip flight itinerary/airline reservation (Please note it is not required to pay for/buy the ticket until a visa has been granted.)
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
IF TRAVELING ALONE (W/O PARENTS):
Original letter of consent signed by both parents.
Photocopies of passports/valid ids of parents with signature and contact details
Department of social welfare and development (DSWD) clearance
Birth certificate for the minor

PROCESSING TIME
Standard visa processing time is 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the application at the Embassy. In case the documents are not submitted as per requirements or due to other factors or justified reasons, the processing time may be extended to 30 or 60 days.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
