REQUIREMENTS
Croatia visa application form (Fill out, print, and sign).
Your passport (should contain at least two blank pages, it must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you exit Croatia (Schengen territory). It must be no older than 10 years, as well).
Two recent identical photos (taken not older than six (6) months, Size is 35x45 mm with plain light color background and attached to the top right corner of the application form.Â
Fingerprints (10 fingers (persons whose fingerprints have been collected within the previous 59 months should not have the fingerprints collected again. If, during the processing of the visa application, the consulate establishes that the applicant’s fingerprints are not stored or are of low quality, the applicant shall be called to have his fingerprints collected).
Copies of your previous visas (if applicable).

Birth certificate of the minor traveling to Croatia
Croatia application form signed by both parents.
Family court order
Certified copies of ID/passport of both parents.

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for a Croatian Schengen visa may take up to 15 days, in a normal situation. In some cases, this period may be extended as follows:
up to 30 days due to the high number of applications the embassy of Croatia is receiving or the sensitivity of your case
up to 60 days in extraordinary cases, especially when the Croatian embassy has to consult the embassy of one or more Schengen members.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
