Duly filled up visa application forms
Old Passports - used within the last 10 years to travel outside your country
Valid and Expired Visas - If you’ve travelled to Canada or to other countries, this can show that you’ve been able to get a visa in the past. Proof of this includes
Entry and Exit Stamps - of old and new passports
Study And/Or Work Permits - that indicate your duration outside of your country

A Completed IMM 5476 FormÂ
Use of Representative (IMM5476) - Family members who apply on behalf of the applicant or third parties need to complete this form.
A Completed IMM 5475 Form
Authority to release personal information to a designated individual (IMM 5475) - Use this form if you want to allow Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to release your personal information to someone you choose. The person you choose will be able to get information on your case file, such as the status of your application.
A Completed IMM 5645 Form

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for a Canada Tourist visa may take 15 days to 60 days, in a normal situation. Processing times depend on the visa officer/consul and if you need to pass any additional documents.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
