REQUIREMENTS
Belgium visa application form (Fill out completely, print and signed)
Two identical photos (The photographs should be no older than three months and taken according to the Belgium visa photograph requirements & specifications).
Your passport (should contain at least two blank pages, must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you exit Belgium (Schengen territory). It must be no older than 10 years, as well).
Copies of your previous visas (if applicable)
Language Preference Form

DOCUMENT FOR MINORS:
Birth certificate of the minor traveling to Belgium.
Belgium application form signed by both parents.
Family court order in cases where only one parent has full custody of the child.
Certified copies of ID/passport of both parents.

PROCESSING TIME
The processing time for a Belgian Schengen visa may take up to 15 days, in a normal situation. In some cases, this period may be extended up to 30 due to the number of applications the embassy/consulate of Belgium is receiving, or the uniqueness of your case. Still, exceptional applications may take up to 60 days to be processed by the Belgian embassy/consulate. That is why you are highly recommended to apply for your Belgian short-stay visa as soon as you can, but no earlier than three months prior to your trip to Belgium.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Bring ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of ALL required documents
Bring both your original old and most recently issued passport
Photocopies of the first page and last page of both the old passport and most recently issued passport are required. Photocopies of previous visas and immigration stamps from countries previously visited are required
Each applicant must have their own file. Please ensure that for Families with shared documents, you must provide individual copies of documents for each member
Fill-up your application form accurately. Indicate N/A for items that are not applicable. Do not forget to affix your signature on the last box of the application form
